I need a domain email id, how to set it up in Pythonanywhere?

I have hosted www.picnicfitness.com in Pythonanywhere (paid user).

I need an email such as info@picnicfitness.com

Can I get it in Pythonanywhere? What should I do?

I read through forums, but they are not straightforward, need a simple, easy to follow response.

AFAIK, PythonAnywhere doesn't offer any email services. You can register for such a service on Gmail or other (maybe free) provider. They usually ask you to confirm that this domain is yours: by putting a static file on the website root, or by adding a TXT record in your DNS. The main thing you will need to do for any messages to be delivered - add the MX-type records to DNS for your domain. And then you'll be able to create the mailboxes: info@ etc.

But, I see that your domain already have proper MX records for Gmail. If you already have registered with Gmail and verified domain ownership, the next step would be to create the info@picnicfitness.com mailbox there.

@Astronoms is correct -- we don't provide an email service. I know a lot of people are using Google's email-hosting option with us; there are undoubtedly many other good providers too.

If I understand you right you need google workspace which is not free at all.

If you want to use Google's services, yes.

And if not? How to do?

Find and email provider and sign up with them. Then check their documentation on how to validate that you own your domain.
