@damore - The prestashop documentation is documentation for an API that runs on different sites. We need documentation for APIs that are specific to the site. Also, you have a paid account, so the whitelist is not an issue for you.

i subscribed and still got 403 on request to this site (https://exhalve.monster)

Then either the site is returning it because you have not authenticated or because the site id blocking the request.

trust me the problrm is from you cuz on my own pc it worked and with using proxy it work but on pythonanywhere it gaaaaveee meeeeeee 403 Forbidden

We do not do anything to the network requests of paid accounts. Check the content of the response perhaps there;s a clue there.
