I would like to suggest the inclusion of Central Bank of Brazil's API (https://dadosabertos.bcb.gov.br/).
The government provides access to several time series and document each one as well. For example, we have the federal debt description (https://dadosabertos.bcb.gov.br/dataset/10618-divida-mobiliaria-federal---titulos-do-tesouro-nacional---emitidos---prazo-medio---total) and examples of how to access it: https://dadosabertos.bcb.gov.br/dataset/10618-divida-mobiliaria-federal---titulos-do-tesouro-nacional---emitidos---prazo-medio---total/resource/36f1159c-a8b2-4795-a9d5-b4b52738620e
The address of all series start like that: http://api.bcb.gov.br/dados/serie/bcdata.sgs.
