In free version, we have allowed just one app. Therefore, could I deactivate one app (no erase it) and activate an other app ? and if exist an other way to do this, How to do it?

Hi, sure. At the bottom of the Web page there is a red button "Delete <your web app name>". Deleting this web app will remove your web app from the Internet, but will not remove your code. The WSGI configuration file will be backed up. Convention used here is that "disabling" the web app (green button above that) is used for temporarily turning off the app from the internet.
