How to access webcamera/video camera from pythonanywhere

I am working on an OCR project and currently struggling with the video capture. Can you please advise how to access my local web camera from pythonanywhere

Hi there. You'd need to set up a web app which would connect with user camera via browser using WebRTC technology.
