Several students are facing the problem while learning 'Postgresql for Everybody' in coursera as they encounter the error. port 5432 failed: fatal: remaining connection slots are reserved for non-replication superuser connections and could not complete their given task in shared database. It also preventing from accessing the database.

You'll need to contact the course administrators about that. They have a Postgres server that is separate from PythonAnywhere -- our site is just used to access it.
