what pythonanywhere url do i use for authorizing a twitter app access?

i saw a stack overflow question suggesting something alone the lines of this

what i want to accomplish is to authorize my pythonanywhere based bot code to control a different twitter account but for that to happen i need to authorize the second account to be controlled by the bot code
