Can't connect to rss

Hello, i get this error

 HTTPSConnectionPool(host='crimemoldova.com', port=443): Max retries exceeded with url: /rss/ (Caused by ProxyError('Cannot connect to proxy.', OSError('Tunnel connection failed: 403 Forbidden',)))

How i read on this forum, that i need to add my rss host (https://crimemoldova.com/rss/) in whitelist. Can you please do it? This is just a rss by site with news.

hi there- unfortunately we need to see that site show api documentation where they show a particular api endpoint is available for programmatic access before we whitelist it.
