Previously my disk space was 97% full.I was trying to install new packages but I was unable due to insufficient disk space.I uninstalled previously installed packages and again tried to install them.Now my account showing that disk qouta exceeded but it should show 97% as I was trying to install same number of packages as I previously had.

If you try to install packages when you're out of disk space, they can leave files lying around after the failed install. The best thing to do is to try to find out what's using up your disk space; this help page explains how.
