I have a hacker plan which suppose I have linked with my debit card A and now I want to switch to debit card B so is it possible to do so and when should I do this switch as the amount is deducted monthly?

If you just want to change the card used to pay for a particular account, you can do that from the "Update payment details" tab on the "Account" page.

But if you have one account that is paid for, and one that is free, and you want to make the paid one a free one and the free one a paid one, you'll need to downgrade the paid one and upgrade the free one. The best time to do that is at the end of your current paid-for month; you can find out when that will be by looking at your invoices inside the paid account -- the next one will be exactly one month after the most recent one.
