Twitch API's unofficial to be whitelisted???

Hello! Just was trying to check why Twitch DEVs APIs are impossible to be whitelisted and you say they are not official... But their website links to the developers website enter image description here

and here they have all the same links as official website enter image description here

wouldn't that be a violation of rules if they referred to an official website while being unofficial APIs? thanks!

We already have twitch api whitelisted, and we whitelist only official apis.
