I saw the notification about maintenance at 6:00AM UTC Thursday morning, but I have been unable to access my website or use bash consoles for the past 15 minutes or so.

No, it happened at the time we planned it. I can't see any system issues logged last night -- what error messages (if any) were you getting when you tried to access your consoles and your website?

Weird... I suppose the problem with my website was entirely on my end (Server Error 500) but I assumed it wasn't because of the bash console issue. It would open and then get repeatedly stuck at one of the loading steps.
Is the bash console working now? If not, could you tell us its ID? You can find it in the URL -- it'll be the only number.
