I have a web dev account and was wondering how to create a 2nd working directory for my second website.

You can create directories from the "Files" page -- just enter the name for the directory in the input near the top left, and then click the "create directory" button. You can then specify that directory, either when you create the website (if you're using one of our quickstart buttons for Flask, Bottle, web2py or Django) or after you've created the site (if you're using "Manual configuration").

Thanks for this information. I was looking for more a new root directory so that I do not do anything stupid with what I have on my other website.
