Hey I am using an API for sms and the api call fails saying timedout. I read about whitelisting and therefore requesting you to whitelist api.plivio.com. If I have to upgrade my account to whitelist, let me know that too. Thanks!!

It looks like you've already upgraded, so you do not need the site to be on the whitelist. you'll just be able to access it.
