I purchased a paid plan and tried to change my email but discovered it doesn't change the username. Is there anyway to get the paid plan transferred to a new account with the username I want?

Unfortunately not, but you can sign up for a new account, and upgrade that one. If you've only just purchased the paid plan for the old one, downgrade it and drop us a line -- we can refund the payment you made for it.
