In the Files tab, next to each file name, there are 3 buttons: download, edit, delete. Pressing the delete button opens the .html file in the web browser instead of downloading it to my local drive. How can I download the html file?

Hmm, good point. Not sure how we could fix that. A workaround: if you right-click on the download button, there should be an option "Save link as..." which will allow you to download it.
