Hi, My domain is currently https:///www.mysite.net

If you visit mysite.net, it will redirect to https://www.mysite.net

The problem is if someone visits https://mysite.net (or even http://mysite.net) it will return "This site can’t be reached". Is there a way to fix this? I know it's not a Python related problem but just thought someone here might know a fix for it.

For the first case (mysite.net redirecting to https://www.mysite.net), that is because your browser is smart and tries www (not because you have an actual redirect setup).

To setup a redirect, you will have to go to your domain registrar/where you bought your domain name and setup the redirect there. See this.
