unfortunately my ram limit has been reached, my processes get killed, and the cost of upgrading is 150 or something.

I am trying to run a simple scraper.. well maybe its not so simple..

what can i do to reduce my ram usage?

Your scraper is using more than 3GB of ram? Maybe try to figure out is causing that to balloon? (eg: is it a specific page that you are scraping?)
