101 Network is unreachable

Seems like my " Network is unreachable", don't find a support-mail which is why I post here. Sorry if this is the wrong place!

I get output like below when I run the following in a Jupyter notebook: 

!python3.4 -c "import requests; print(requests.get('http://blogger.com/'))"

I had the connection problems the first day after I upgraded from free account, and understood this is common when upgrading.

Now I however can't see what's the matter? I've waited a couple of hours and it still doesnt work.

I've just tried it on my console and it's working:

Python 2.7.6 (default, Oct 26 2016, 20:30:19) [GCC 4.8.4] on linux2 Type "help", "copyright", "credits" or "license" for more information.

I run this every time I work in my notebook to make sure that the network is working, so there's defo not a code problem!

It actually works when i run it from Bash console, but not from any of my notebooks, not if I try another site either??

we sometimes have a glitch where the network settings aren't updated for ipython notebooks for people who upgrade. I've re-run it manually now, give it another go?
