As title says

Do you mean you'd like to install a MariaDB server? Or do you want to connect to an external MariaDB server that's running somewhere else on the Internet?

If it's the former case, unfortunately we only support sqlite, MySQL and Postgres on PythonAnywhere.

If you're connecting to a remote MariaDB server, I believe you can just use the normal MySQL libraries -- it's fully backward-compatible.

I mean to create a local mariadb. So ok it is not supported. I will use mysql for my tests.
