I have a paid account and I'm getting the following error when trying to open an existing connection in Navicat that has always worked in the past.

80070007: SSH Tunnel: Server does not support diffie-hellman-group1-sha1 for keyexchange

Any ideas?

Do you have an old version of Navicat? We upgraded the underlying operating system a few months back, which disabled certain kinds of insecure SSH key exchange algorithms. Newer versions of Navicat are fine, but we've heard of some issues with older ones that don't have the latest security patches.

Yes, I'm using Navicat v9. I downloaded a trial version of Navicat v12, and I'm able to SSH in.
