Could not connect to server: Connection refused (remote db)

Hi! I connect to the remote database (hosted on my company's servers), but since today I started to recieve errors like "could not connect to server: Connection refused Is the server running on host "95.181.205.74" and accepting TCP/IP connections on port 11232?"

Any ideas? Thanks

Free accounts can only connect out on http(s) to a whitelist of sites. See https://www.pythonanywhere.com/whitelist/. Also, it's fairly unlikely that your company has exposed the database to the internet.

Thanks for the fast reply!

Well, It's not the production database, just one that filled with some data that looks similar to real. So you added this host to the blacklist yesterday? It had worked for couple of weeks.

We fixed a bug yesterday that meant the whitelist wasn't working properly for a bit.

So if I pay for an account, I will be able to access my remote db server?

Yes, paid accounts have unrestricted internet access.
