I've just upgraded to Hacker plan. Then, I've been trying to connect to ssh.pythonanywhere.com but with no success. I'm sure I typed my username right (case-sensitive). Can you help me please?

Yes, the command was ssh devinalvaro@ssh.pythonanywhere.com
will you check again now? one of the servers may have hit a resource limit, I have done a clean-up...
