Hi,

I am trying to connect my database to a data visualization platform (https://mode.com/) but to no avail.

I keep getting an error that says it can't reach my database. Here is what the page looks like - (https://ibb.co/9wWfcZ8). I also read the help page from Mode (https://mode.com/help/articles/connecting-mode-to-your-database/#bridge) and followed the instruction on this page (https://help.pythonanywhere.com/pages/AccessingMySQLFromOutsidePythonAnywhere/). I am on the paid plan (Web dev account)

Has anyone tried connecting their database to Mode app before and could help me with this?

It does not look like it allows connection over SSH tunnel.
