I used to have an old account assoicated with the same email as this one but I would like to retireive the files I had there and transfer them over to this one. However, I have forgotten the password and looks like I havent confirmed the email for that one either. Is there anything which could be done?

Sure, just drop us a line at support@pythonanywhere.com telling us what the username is, and we can do a manual email confirmation process.
