Running python 2.x and 3.x

How can I run python 3.x and 2.x? I can run 2.x fine but seem to have problems when I run python files in 3.x. Is there a way to specify its 3.x?

I get syntax error in the editor for python3x syntax. Anyway to get rid of it?

No, our syntax checker is currently stuck on Python 2.
