installing apt-transport-https

I am trying to link my website with Datadog and a requirement is to install apt-transport-http. However I get an error when I try this command:

sudo apt-get install apt-transport-https

What do I have to do to get this installed?

you can't apt-get install on PythonAnywhere.

What does Datadog need it for, by the way? It might not be for something that's necessary on PythonAnywhere.
