When I uploaded the Video in Mezzanine CMS from the Back-End using Gallery and from the front end using form the videois uploaded but the video is not displayed on the front end. Only the thumbnail is diplayed please do needfull. also updated the settings in admin interface but still finding the same issue.

It's impossible to work out what's wrong from that description. Use your browser debug bar and the web app error and server logs to see what might be going wrong.
