MY ACCOUNT REFUSING TO MAKE CONNECTIONS TO MY APIS

Hello, my account has been behaving strangely of later since the AWS failure. it will abruptly stop making connections to any app outside of itself. To fix it, I have to disable it first and then reenable it and restart. I have a paid account and it has happened twice now. Please can the team help me figure out what's causing it.
