httpsconnectionpool caused by proxyerror('cannot connect to proxy)

Hi,

Im getting below error:

requests.exceptions.ProxyError: HTTPSConnectionPool(host='v3.exchangerate-api.com', port=443): Max retries exceeded with url: /bulk/83ed6c4b9b84df0b955eb128/EUR (Caused by ProxyError('Cannot connect to proxy.', error('Tunnel connection failed: 403 Forbidden',)))

requests.exceptions.ProxyError: HTTPSConnectionPool(host='t.me', port=443): Max retries exceeded with url: /s/faustovalex (Caused by Proxy Error('Cannot connect to proxy.', OSError('Tunnel connection failed: 403 Forbidden')))

Looks like 't.me' needs to be whitelisted. Please could you assist.

We are happy to add any public api's to the whitelist if you provide us with api documentation that is hosted on that domain and shows the official api endpoints.
