Hello I am using vkbottle and vkapi libraries but I am getting the following error - Cannot connect to host api.vk.com:443 ssl:default. I read that you need to create a topic and ask to add them to the whitelist.

I don't see any vkbottle in the whitelist, but the error comes from api.vk.com. Is your code running fine locally (outside of PA)?
Yes, locally my code is working, something happens when downloading and first transferring packets from your server. Sorry for my English.
