Hi there,

I'm pretty new to the whole DevOps side of things and I am unsure how to get past this problem. When I am trying to make a get request to Duolingo's endpoints:

https://www.duolingo.com/api/1

the response returns a couple of errors including:

requests.exceptions.ProxyError: HTTPSConnectionPool(host='www.duolingo.com', port=443): Max retries exceeded with url: /api/1/version_info (Caused by ProxyError('Cannot connect to proxy.', NewConnectionError( '<urllib3.connection.HTTPSConnection object at 0x7f8cfd5030d0>: Failed to establish a new connection: [Errno 110] Connection timed out')))

I'm not hugely familiar with proxies or how to set them up for APIs but if that is the issue and someone can confirm that for me then I can easily go do some research and learn how to do it and give it another go!
