web tab always not fully displayed

the web tab often does not display the content fully, preventing me click the reloading button.

We need more details. Do you have some plugins installed in your browser?

no, I used edge, chrome and ie. all are not fully showing the page layout. I cannot see the reload button. however, my cell phone browser can load the web tab correctly. i have no idea where is wrong. I have cleaned up the cookies

just two days ago it is showing fine
