I have a website running well using 4 ways: (1) www.mydomain.com, (2) http://mydomain.com, (3) https://www.mydomain.com, and (4) http://www.mydomain.com, but I would like to open my website using https://mydomain.com; which is not working now. I asked where I bought a domain name and they told me that "I should contact where I host to clarify if it is possible to connect my domain name with your service with help of Alias record". Please, help me to open my website by using https://mydomain.com. Thank you.

An alias record is unlikely to work. Use NakedSSL as described here https://help.pythonanywhere.com/pages/NakedDomains/
