Cannot delete folder

Everytime I try to delete the directory I get this error message: cannot remove '/home/techxhelp/gamingsite': Permission denied

The website was deleted by mistake by me and then it was recovered by pythonanywhere staff.

Ever since they recovered the deleted folder, I cannot delete any files or edit them.

Please help, I want to make changes to my site.

Update: I changed the name gamingsite to gamingsite_recovered

Sorry about that, I have fixed the permissions on that directory.
