Never mind. I really couldn't get a Kernel for one of my old notebooks but then it worked so maybe just some small delay after account got activated.
Just converted to a paid account. Is there a waiting period? The button to create a notebook is grayed out and when I opened one of my old ones from last time my account was paid I could not get a kernel.
