Was PythonAnywhere down for 20mins?

My site would not load and I kept getting an PythonAnywhere error for roughly 20mins. Ans then it magically started working again?

Had troubles with updating and reaching site, now it seems OK.

No, not the whole of PythonAnywhere. One of our web servers had some trouble and we've identified and fixed it.
