note: removing personal data: I am getting the following when trying to connect using ssh. I've tried with putty and mysql workbench. Getting timed out: Do you see any issues on your side?

Were you using "leonmej" username or a different one? If that was a different one, could you provide us with that? (I don't see any occurences of "leonmej" in our ssh logs recently.) Ideally would be if you'd also send us your IP address -- if you don't want to expose that information on forums, just send us an email to support@pythonanywhere.com (to get your actual IP address, search for "What is my IP" in your browser using the same network you were using while trying to SSH into PA).
