I deleted important files by accident. Is there a way to restore them? Thank you

Yes, but since our backups are intended for disaster recovery for the service and not for file recoveries, it can take a day or more to do the recovery. Let us know the full paths to the files and the time when they were last in the state that you want them restored to and we'll see what we can do. It may be easier to contact us via email at support@pythonanywhere.com.
