We whitelist sites based on whether they have an official public API, with documentation that we can check. If Microsoft have an API for their app store then we can whitelist it -- just send us a link to the docs.

MS doesn't have an official API for Windows Store. I'm trying to test a bot that will automatically query the Store for an app (using keywords) and return name, author and rating. The only way, currently, is to scrape the HTML.

If there's no API, then it's not a candidate for inclusion in the whitelist.

If you want to create a website that can be seen by anyone on the internet, just sign in and go to the web tab and create a webapp. That will give you a url that will be available over the internet.
