Could you unban my IP?

And delete my post with my IP? I've tried to use filezilla to connect to my account (couldn't do it) and I'm now blocked by your servers ;(

If you have been banned because of incorrect logins, you should be unbanned automatically in an hour.

Make sure you are not printing out anything in your bashrc etc (it breaks filezilla)

Do you know why the ssh connection takes 1, sometimes 2 seconds, is it normal?

yea a couple seconds for the initial connection is normal. should be faster after you have connected though.
