DELETED IMPORTANT FILES

HI I deleted some important file , is it possible to get that back?

Since our backups are intended for disaster recovery for the service and not for file recoveries, it can take a day or more to do the recovery. Contact us at support@pythonanywhere.com and let us know the full paths to the files and the time when they were last in the state that you want them restored to and we'll see what we can do.

Hi pafk, I have already sent a mail to support@pythonanywhere.com also This the the file path : /home/vedantt1/mysite/data.db File was deleted around : 10:50 am 10th March Indian Standard Time. Any help would be really appreciated, that file is extremely imp for my work. Currently an overwritten file is present in the system at the same location
