I want to switch to a paid account and change the name of the account

without creating the site from scratch. Is it possible? Thanks

You can't rename an existing account -- so if you want to use another name, you have to create another account. I'm not sure what do you mean exactly by "creating from scratch", but there are many technologies available that help to automate the deployment process. You can use version control (git) system and our API (with our helper scripts package) to automate the deployment of your web app.
