Hi. Recently I am doing some research for my personal project on types of web hosting service. In general, I learnt that there are a few types of hosting service architecture, such as:
- Dedicated server hosting
- Virtual Private Server (VPS) hosting
- Shared hosting
- Cloud hosting
PythonAnywhere is built on AWS EC2 instance, but I am not sure what type of web hosting does it belongs to. I do not think it is dedicated nor virtual private server hosting. Hope I can get some guide on this, thank you.
