Make sure that paths in the WSGI file (the one that is linked to on the Web page) are set up correctly. The error you're seeing is caused by the fact that wsgi can't find module bookmarksdev in the PATH.

See the Theory section here https://help.pythonanywhere.com/pages/DebuggingImportError/ for details on how Python finds the modules that you're trying to import. Once you understand that, you can work out what path you need to use in your wsgi file.
