So... It seems that I won't be able to make payment if I live in russia? :( I was using "automated payments by credit card" but now my card are being rejected (obviosly why) and I don't have paypal account as well (an can't create it, yea)

That is correct. We are not able to process payments from Russia. PayPal does not work either.
