I have configured https://demo.pyrota.dev and I can navigate to it and all seems to work but if i go to the web tab on PythonAnywhere i see the following error

and

This happened when i moved the DNS server to cloudflare. Given that it works, is this an error I should be bothered to look more into? I did this about 2 weeks ago.

Our system is unable to see inside your cloudflare setting. If it works, it's fine. We should have better message. I upvoted the ticket we have about that.
