Internal server error on Publish

I can see my site in Wagtail admin, but I cannot Publish an amended web-page. This is what I see...

Internal server error Sorry, there seems to be an error. Please try again soon.

Have you checked your web app's error log yet? You'll probably see some errors there.

following recent pip installs, I am now seeing :

psycopg2.errors.UndefinedColumn: column "uuid" of relation "wagtailcore_pagelogentry" does not exist

Looks like I only ran the migrations on one of my two databases
