Sure! That's done now. The refund should be back in your bank account within ten working days -- normally much sooner, but it depends on how long your bank takes to process it.
Sorry, is $48.25 refunded? Because that's what the charge for the last payment (previous custom plan).
We only refunded the difference, $20 (+VAT), since you're still using paid features.
