template index.html not found error, where to put the template directory in project home dir or in app home dir?
Wherever you've configured your framework to look for it or, if your framework has a default, put it there.

Thank you very much glen, for more infomration, i am using Django , how i can set the templates path in setting.py ? do you happen to know?
Django templates are placed in the individual apps that use them in a directory called templates.
